

Main Objective
(Information activities on posting in the construction sector) will promote awareness of the posting rules applicable in the construction sector in the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, and Spain.
PRELIMINARY TASKS
• Development of multilingual guides providing information on posting conditions in the construction sector.
• Dissemination of information through 10 in-person and 10 online seminars.
• Development of tools to improve access to information and templates for the relevant procedures.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
• Informational tools will be prepared for publication to guide workers and their employers.
• Guides, newsletters, press releases, seminar videos, and a final report will be produced to disseminate the information and project results.
ACTIVITIES
• Development of multilingual informational materials on posting in the construction sector.
• Dissemination of information through in-person and online seminars.
• Creation of tools to improve access to information and templates for the procedures.
The project is funded by the European Commission through the European Social Fund under the call “Posting of workers: enhancing administrative cooperation and access to information, and activities to tackle undeclared work” and has a duration of 24 months.
The project coordinator is the National Commission of Construction Funds – CNCE https://www.cnce.it/.
The project partners include 18 European organizations from Italy, Belgium, Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Poland, and Bulgaria, with the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC) being a full member of the consortium.
Expected Results
Increased Awareness:
Работниците и работодателите в строителния сектор в обхванатите страни ще бъдат по-добре информирани за правилата и условията за командироване. Това ще им позволи да действат съгласно законовите изисквания и да се предпазят от евентуални нарушения.
Preparation and Training:
С разработването на информационни материали и провеждането на семинари, работниците и работодателите ще бъдат подготвени и обучени за процедурите и правилата за командироване, което ще спомогне за повишаване на техния капацитет при процедури за командироване на работници.
Improved Protection of Rights:
Чрез разпространението на информация и инструменти за насочване, работниците ще бъдат по-добре осведомени за своите права и задължения при командироване. Това ще подкрепи тяхната защита от евентуални злоупотреби или нарушения на техните права.
Facilitated Access to Information:
Изготвените инструменти и шаблони ще улеснят работодателите и работниците да получават необходимата информация и да се справят със съответните процедури за командироване. Това ще подобри ефективността на административните процеси и ще намали риска от грешки или недоразумения.

Results
Workers and employers in the construction sector in the countries covered by the project will be better informed about the rules and conditions of posting. This will enable them to act in accordance with legal requirements and protect themselves from potential violations.
Through the development of informational materials and the organization of seminars, workers and employers will be prepared and trained on the procedures and rules of posting. This will help enhance their capacity in handling posting procedures for workers.
Through the dissemination of information and guidance tools, workers will be better informed about their rights and obligations during posting. This will support the protection of their rights and help prevent potential abuses or violations.
The developed tools and templates will make it easier for employers and workers to obtain the necessary information and handle the relevant posting procedures. This will improve the efficiency of administrative processes and reduce the risk of errors or misunderstandings.
